Singing in the Rain ...

Receiving rain in season is one of those events that produces joy and gratitude in everyone.  Rainfall is something we cannot control and therefore we are at the complete mercy of the Creator of heaven and earth; the One who is the source of all life.  Therefore the only appropriate response to the life-giving rain is praise and thanks.  The last couple of weeks we were blessed  to receive 74mm and the soil has responded by producing the first flush of green feed.   To keep up to date with the weather events at Hebron go to the URL below: http://www.wunderground.com/personal-weather-station/dashboard?ID=ISOUTHAU60 Over the next few working days we will be working on improving the fencing to assist the easy movement of the flock and to ensure the rams only have access to the ewes when we determine. I will be heading off to Israel with John, Carol and Glenys in a few weeks so I'll be focusing on getting things ready to make sure the chickens keep laying a

Pesach 2015

We celebrated the Pesach meal together at Hebron and enjoyed the unity of fellowship that comes from being with people whose hearts are joined in purpose and affection. Now I must confess that I forgot to take enough photos so you'll just have to make do with the few that I snapped at the last minute! Yeshua was magnified and His sacrifice of love was celebrated. John made the strong emphasis that in the days previous to Passover when Yeshua cleansed the temple of those who were conducting business He was clearing His Father's house of leaven, in this instance the leaven of the Pharisees that He continually gave warning about; demonstrating powerfully His authority as the Son and the purpose for which He had come. During this week of Unleavened Bread we have been reminded daily of the extraordinary blessings that are found in Yeshua and being conscious to rid ourselves of the leaven that can impact on our lives and therefore adulterate the message
