Here in Australia it's spring but in the northern hemisphere the feasts at this time of year are known as the 'fall feasts' - Yom Teruah, Yom Kippur and Sukkot.
It's new moon, Yom Teruah and we are anticipating Yom Kippur and the joy of Sukkot. It's time for shouting, rejoicing, repenting and preparation - all in expectation to meet our King, our Messiah!
We put up banners, decorate our sukkah, fill the fridges and light the fires.
We will rejoice, we will enjoy each other's company but most of all, we know we will bless our Father with our obedience and He in turn will bless us.
See you there!
